And we thought October was a busy month. On the 19th of November The Detektor International awards were presented in Copenhagen, Denmark. If you read on you will learn how smarti® did on the awards night. In November we also prepared a special online support service for our customers and partners. We have created some new presentations and a movie showing the smarti in action...

smarti® DIADEM receives the Highly Commended Product Award

Some 150 dinner guests at the Sectech dinner banquette in Copenhagen on the 19th of November witnessed the prize ceremony when the winners of the prestigious Detektor International Awards 2008 were announced. The eleven awarded products were chosen on basis of both innovation and customer orientation. Winning products need to be smart as well as useful.

In the Access control category the smarti® DIADEM unit received The Highly Commended Product Award. Other finalists in this category were iLoq, HID and Siemens Building Technologies Security Products.

The criteria to be nominated for a Detektor International Award encompass not only the technical capabilities but the packaging and over-all presentation of the product as well.

The Detektor International Award is the only global security industry award which cannot be applied for. The selection is based solely on product launches which have taken place in the last twelve months. The selection of products is carried out by an international jury comprising of eleven independent security industry professionals. These facts make the Detektor International Award both unique and very prestigious.

 

smarti® Online Support

We have prepared a service called smarti® Online Support for our customers and partners. This service enables us to give online technical support, hold technical training online. And we are now also testing a service which will enable us to give online presentations of the smarti® system to interested parties. Please contact us for more information.

 

New presentations and case studies

We have added new Power Point presentations for Access Control, Time & Attendance and Building management, we have also added three case studies. All this documents can be downloaded from our download section.
